Bij Smicon zijn we op zoek naar een Service Coördinator die met enthousiasme zorgt dat onze klanten en dealers wereldwijd kunnen rekenen op een professionele, snelle en deskundige service. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, dealers, Field Service Engineers en onze interne organisatie. Je houdt overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat servicevragen, storingen, onderhoud en technische opdrachten soepel worden opgevolgd. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol is after sales. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten ook na de aanschaf van onze producten goed worden ondersteund en bouwt mee aan langdurige klantrelaties. Daarbij houd je zicht op onderhoudsintervallen en SLA's, signaleer je wanneer onderhoud of service nodig is en zorg je dat gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen. Met jouw technische kennis, communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch talent draag je dagelijks bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid en de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. jouw rol BIJ SMICON Als Service Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten en dealers niet alleen een goed product krijgen, maar ook gedurende de gehele levensduur kunnen rekenen op uitstekende service, onderhoud en ondersteuning. Door onderhoudscontracten goed te bewaken, serviceafspraken na te komen en actief mee te denken met klanten, draag je bij aan langdurige relaties en een hoge klanttevredenheid.
