Voor één van mijn klanten, een familiale KMO gelegen in Gent- Zeehaven met specialisatie in rollend materieel, ben ik actief op zoek naar een ervaren SERVICE COÖRDINATOR om de dienst te versterken. Opstart op basis van VAST CONTRACT

Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert klantvragen en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke service-oplossingen.
  • Je organiseert en optimaliseert de planning van service techniekers, zowel voor interventies op locatie als interne opdrachten.
  • Je zorgt dat techniekers tijdig beschikken over de juiste onderdelen, materialen en informatie.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van lopende werken en communiceert proactief met klanten over status en timing.
  • Je neemt zelf contact op met klanten in het kader van onderhoudsafspraken, herstellingen of revisieprojecten.
  • Je stelt serviceoffertes op en verwerkt de administratieve opvolging van werkbonnen en servicerapporten.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige overdracht richting facturatie.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en servicegerichte dienstverlening.
  • Je bent vanuit je ervaring in de sector bekend met de nodige materialen, wisselstukken en behoeftes voor je serviceteam op hun interventies
  • Je kan terugvallen op enkele jaren ervaring in een coördinerende, plannings- of servicegerichte functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht en denkt mee in oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een goed ruimtelijk inzicht en weet prioriteiten efficiënt te plannen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht, ook bij drukte.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken en weet stress te beheersen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een meerwaarde.
