Als Service Coördinator Verduurzaming ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en opdrachtgevers tijdens verduurzamingsprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen, van de eerste intake tot en met de oplevering. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, plant de uitvoering en zorgt voor een optimale communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit en het nakomen van afspraken. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat elk project binnen tijd en budget wordt opgeleverd. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Coördineren van verduurzamingsprojecten van A tot Z, inclusief planning en voortgangsbewaking; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en opdrachtgevers tijdens het gehele traject; - Organiseren en begeleiden van intakegesprekken en bewonersbijeenkomsten; - Afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers over de uitvoering; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van afspraken op de projecten; - Oplossen van praktische vraagstukken en zorgen voor tevreden bewoners; - Administratieve afhandeling van projectdocumentatie en rapportages.

Je krijgt alle ruimte om je eigen werkwijze te ontwikkelen en mee te denken over procesverbeteringen. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig: denk aan een stap richting projectleider, coördinator van een groter team of specialist in een specifiek vakgebied zoals energietransitie of circulair bouwen.
