Als Service Coördinator ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf na oplevering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klachten en onderhoudsvragen snel en professioneel worden opgepakt. Je bent de spil tussen bewoners, opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en je eigen collega's op kantoor en de bouw. Jouw doel? Tevreden klanten en een vlekkeloze nazorg die het bedrijf onderscheidt van de concurrentie. Je plant en coördineert herstelwerkzaamheden, houdt de voortgang nauwlettend in de gaten en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, projectleiders en onderaannemers om problemen snel op te lossen. Daarnaast registreer je alle meldingen in het systeem en zorg je voor heldere communicatie richting alle betrokken partijen. Jouw takenpakket in het kort: - Coördineren van service- en onderhoudsmeldingen na oplevering; - Plannen en aansturen van herstelwerkzaamheden en garantiewerkzaamheden; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en opdrachtgevers; - Samenwerken met uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Registreren en bewaken van meldingen in het systeem; - Zorgen voor tijdige en correcte afhandeling van klachten; - Rapporteren over de voortgang en knelpunten aan de leidinggevende.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn er zeker. Met jouw ervaring en inzet kun je doorstromen naar een rol als Coördinator Nazorg of Projectleider Service, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere projecten en een eigen team aanstuurt.
