Wat ga je doen? Als Servicecoördinator ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten en service engineers. Jij regelt dat serviceaanvragen soepel verlopen: van planning tot facturatie. Daarnaast pak je enkele office managementtaken op om het team te ondersteunen. Onze Service Engineers werken aan boord van zeeschepen, binnenvaart- en visserijschepen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het kantoor op rolletjes loopt en rapporteert aan de Service Manager Rotterdam. Concreet zijn je werkzaamheden: - Aannemen, verwerken en plannen van serviceaanvragen voor schepen. - Aansturen van service engineers en duidelijke communicatie met klanten. - Aanbieden van prijzen van servicewerkzaamheden. - Serviceorders gereedzetten voor facturatie en de administratieve afhandeling hiervan. - Administratieve registratie in ons ERP systeem (Navision) ter voorbereiding en na afronding van de klus. - Coördineren van defecte en gerepareerde artikelen tussen werkplaats, leveranciers en magazijn. - Beheer van het magazijn, inclusief voorraad en logistieke processen. - Verzenden van servicerapporten en zorgen voor een correcte overdracht van informatie. - Officemanagementtaken zoals bijvoorbeeld agendabeheer, voorbereiden van het werkoverleg.
