Als Service Coördinator ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt tussen klanten, technici en leveranciers. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle serviceactiviteiten rondom noodstroominstallaties vlekkeloos verlopen. Van preventief onderhoud tot acute storingen: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met servicemonteurs die de installaties ter plaatse onderhouden en repareren, en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, communicatie en administratieve afhandeling van alle serviceprojecten. In deze functie combineer je jouw technische kennis met organisatorisch talent. Je begrijpt de technische complexiteit van noodstroomvoorzieningen, UPS-systemen en dieselaggregaten, waardoor je klanten en collega's op het juiste niveau kunt adviseren. Tegelijkertijd ben je sterk in het coördineren van werkzaamheden en het bewaken van deadlines. Deze combinatie maakt jou onmisbaar in het waarborgen van de energiezekerheid bij kritieke klanten. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Je kunt je ontwikkelen richting een rol als Senior Service Coördinator waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over grotere projecten en contracten. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een functie als Teamleider Service, waarbij je leiding geeft aan een team van coördinatoren en monteurs. Het bedrijf investeert actief in de ontwikkeling van medewerkers door middel van technische trainingen, cursussen op het gebied van projectmanagement en opleidingen in nieuwe energietechnologieën. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Coördineren en plannen van onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden aan noodstroominstallaties; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen en storingen; - Bewaken van contractafspraken en zorgen voor tijdige uitvoering van werkzaamheden; - Aansturen van servicemonteurs en externe part
