Amsterdam 32 - 40 uur per week Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Als Service Delivery Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, continuïteit en ontwikkeling van onze IT-dienstverlening. Je voert de regie over een breed landschap aan externe leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen, prestaties inzichtelijk zijn en dienstverlening continu wordt verbeterd. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan een eigen team van functioneel beheerders en infraspecialisten. Je helpt het team verder te groeien, zowel inhoudelijk als in de manier waarop zij regie voeren richting leveranciers en de business. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verder ontwikkelen van de regiefunctie binnen de organisatie en het versterken van processen en samenwerking.
