Service Delivery Manager Secure Lijnden, Gouda en/of thuis € 3.800,- tot € 5.650,- 32-40 uur Als Service Delivery Manager bij Wortell ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze Secure-klanten. Je houdt overzicht op afspraken en SLA's, zorgt dat vragen en verzoeken snel de juiste weg vinden en leert stap voor stap hoe je onze IT-beveiligingsdienstverlening op koers houdt. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's, die je begeleiden in ITIL-processen en Microsoft-technologieën. Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar je veel leert, veiligheid voorop staat en je stap voor stap doorgroeit in het vak? Dan is deze rol een mooie start. Wat ga je doen? Aanspreekpunt klanten Contracten & facturatie Risico management Dienstverlenings regie & dashboard Aanspreekpunt klanten Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze Secure-klanten en de vaste schakel tussen de klant en het interne team. Je kent de contractafspraken en SLA's goed en weet daardoor snel te beoordelen wat een vraag concreet betekent. Binnenkomende vragen pak je zorgvuldig op, je beantwoordt ze waar mogelijk zelf en schakelt anders snel door naar de juiste collega. Zo zorg je dat klanten altijd het gevoel hebben gehoord te worden en dat niets blijft liggen, ook niet wanneer het even druk is. Je houdt overzicht op de lopende contracten van jouw klanten en weet welke afspraken daarin zijn vastgelegd. Elke maand ondersteun je bij het opstellen van de facturatie, waarbij je controleert of de gegevens kloppen en aansluiten bij de gemaakte afspraken. Simpele klantvragen over facturen of contractvoorwaarden beantwoord je zelfstandig, terwijl je bij complexere vraagstukken tijdig een ervaren collega betrekt. Zo draag je bij aan een transparante en betrouwbare relatie met de klant. Je hebt oog voor de securityrisico's bij jouw klanten. Je signaleert proactief kwetsbaarheden, afwijkingen en ontwikkelingen die de digitale weerbaarheid kunnen beïnvloeden en brengt deze o...
