Een verbindende en strategische rol binnen telecom waar processen, klanten en operationele teams samenkomen. In deze functie draag je actief bij aan een efficiënte, kwalitatieve en toekomstgerichte dienstverlening binnen grootschalige telecomprojecten, van uit Boom.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Service Delivery Manager inhoudt:

  • Fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor klanten rond service delivery en operationele opvolging
  • Uitwerken, structureren en documenteren van processen en procedures binnen de telecomwerking
  • Vertalen van processen naar digitale workflows en implementeren in IT-systemen zoals ERP, ticketing- en planningssoftware
  • Coördineren en afstemmen van operationele activiteiten binnen telecomprojecten
  • Opvolgen, analyseren en rapporteren van prestaties, KPI’s en klantentevredenheid
  • Initiëren en implementeren van verbetertrajecten om efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verhogen
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne teams zoals planning, techniek, IT en projectleiding

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of is gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een technische of servicegerichte omgeving
  • Brengt minstens 3 jaar ervaring mee in een gelijkaardige functie binnen telecom, infrastructuur of techniek
  • Heeft ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en de vertaling ervan naar IT-systemen
  • Is organisatorisch en analytisch sterk en behoudt overzicht in complexe omgevingen
  • Communiceert vlot, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht
  • Drukt zich vloeiend uit in het Nederlands en Frans, kennis van het Engels is een meerwaarde
