Jobomschrijving

Bij Credendo speelt het SAP-landschap een cruciale rol in onze bedrijfsprocessen. Als Service Delivery Manager voor SAP ben je verantwoordelijk voor het end-to-end beheer van de SAP-applicaties en de bijhorende diensten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de applicaties performant, veilig en conform de bedrijfsdoelstellingen functioneren, in nauwe samenwerking met interne teams en externe partners.

  • Je maakt deel uit van het SIAM team en werkt nauw samen met de CCOE manager , de business process owners en projectteams.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle SAP-gerelateerde diensten (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, enz.) en bewaakt de naleving van SLA’s en KPI’s.
  • Je coördineert incident-, problem- en change management voor het SAP-landschap.
  • Je beheert contracten en prestaties van externe leveranciers en volgt projecten en upgrades op.
  • Je zorgt voor een continue verbetering van de dienstverlening en draagt bij aan roadmap-initiatieven zoals migratie naar S/4HANA en integratie met cloudoplossingen.
  • Je werkt samen met security- en compliance-teams om ervoor te zorgen dat SAP voldoet aan interne en externe normen (DORA, ISO 20000, ISO 27001).
  • Je rapporteert regelmatig over prestaties, risico’s en verbeteracties aan het management.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma (of hoger) in ICT of een gerelateerd domein en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in service delivery of applicatiebeheer.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van SAP-modules en architectuur (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori).
  • Ervaring met ITIL-processen (incident-, problem-, change- en release management) is een must; ITIL-certificering is een troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring met leveranciersmanagement en het opvolgen van SLA’s/KPI’s.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan zowel met technische teams als met business stakeholders schakelen.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Engels en Nederlands of Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van Hindi en Spaans is een asset voor samenwerking met internationale partners.
  • Je hebt een analytische geest en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt proactief na over optimalisaties en automatisering.
  • Kennis van security- en compliancevereisten (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, DORA) is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met SAP platformen in Microsoft Azure-omgevingen is een troef.
