Ben jij sterk in stakeholdermanagement, contractanalyse en het structureren van complexe dossiers? Heb je ervaring binnen infrastructuur-, telecom- of technische projecten en weet je verschillende partijen op één lijn te krijgen? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Als Service Delivery Manager ondersteun je de uitrol van grootschalige telecominfrastructuur. Je analyseert vertragingen binnen projecten, stelt goed onderbouwde dossiers op en zorgt ervoor dat alle documentatie correct, volledig en juridisch sluitend is. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen, aannemers, overheidsinstanties en andere externe partners om projecten optimaal te ondersteunen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Analyseren en opvolgen van dossiers rond projectvertragingen binnen infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Controleren en valideren van rapporten, verslagen en documentatie afkomstig van interne teams en externe partners.
  • Interpreteren van contracten, regelgeving en vergunningsvoorwaarden.
  • Verwerken van informatie uit mails, rapporteringen en operationele updates tot overzichtelijke en goed onderbouwde dossiers.
  • Samenwerken met operationele, juridische en financiële stakeholders.
  • Adviseren over de impact van vergunningen, regelgeving en externe factoren op projectplanningen.
  • Opvolgen van contractuele afspraken met aannemers en leveranciers.
  • Bespreken en verbeteren van onvolledige of onvoldoende onderbouwde dossiers.
  • Opstellen van managementrapporteringen en presenteren van analyses aan het management.
  • Standaardiseren en optimaliseren van processen rond documentatie en rapportering.
  • Onderhouden van professionele relaties met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere verbetering van governance- en kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen service delivery, contractmanagement, projectcoördinatie of stakeholdermanagement.
  • Sterke ervaring met contractanalyse en het interpreteren van regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met het opbouwen en beheren van complexe dossiers.
  • Analytisch sterk en zeer nauwkeurig.
  • Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in het Nederlands en een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365, Excel en SharePoint.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, resultaatgericht en behoudt het overzicht in complexe projecten.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met verschillende interne en externe partijen.
