Onze teams zijn actief in vier strategische domeinen: Digital Workplace, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security en Business Performance/Data & AI.

Bij Trustteam werken betekent deel uitmaken van een snelgroeiende groep waar expertise en teamspirit centraal staan . We zoeken momenteel versterking voor ons Support Team. In deze job kom je dagelijks in contact met heel wat collega's van verschillende diensten, en werk je in tandem met Lisa, jouw directe collega.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je behandelt eerstelijnsoproepen van de Service Desk en schakelt deze door naar de juiste persoon.
  • Je verzamelt alle relevante informatie (klant, contactpersoon, ...) en beoordeelt de impact van het gemelde probleem of het belang van de gestelde vraag.
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van de oproep door deze correct te registreren in het ticketsysteem en alle nodige informatie door te geven aan een Service Desk Engineer.
  • Samen met de Service Desk Engineers bewaak je de opvolging van openstaande tickets en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie naar de klanten.
  • Je stelt de wekelijkse planning op voor de Service Desk Engineers.
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse planning/opvolging van het wagenpark van Trustteam.
  • Je helpt mee bij de organisatie van interne evenementen bij Trustteam.
  • Je rapporteert aan Jelle, onze Service Desk People Lead.
  • Je bent spontaan, communicatief en vlot aan telefoon.
  • De IT-wereld spreekt je aan en je ziet het zitten om je hierin onder te dompelen.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan een correcte administratie en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je spreekt/ schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en kan ook een mondje Frans en Engels.
