The posting

Voor één van onze klanten en met het oog op een mogelijke contracttoekenning bereiden we de opstart van een nieuwe site in Schaffen voor. De opstart is gepland voor najaar 2026. In dit kader zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Service Desk Administrator on site.

Je maakt deel uit van het Service Desk team en bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Je verzekert de permanentie van de helpdesk en garandeert de nodige administratieve ondersteuning
  • Je behandelt aanvragen binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines en zorgt voor de opvolging
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse administratieve taken: centralisatie en opvolging van gegevens, klassering, agendabeheer, interne en externe correspondentie, update van de intranetpagina en beantwoorden van telefonische oproepen (interne en externe klanten)
  • Je draagt bij aan rapportering en dagelijks beheer (voorbereiding van facturen, boekhouding en statistieken, dashboards) en gebruikt hiervoor IT-tools
  • Je zorgt voor het opstellen en opvolgen van prijsaanbiedingen
  • Je verzorgt het opstellen en opvolgen van interne vergaderingen
  • Je plaatst bestellingen van allerlei materiaal
  • Tijdens de dagelijkse briefings deel je aandachtspunten en prioriteiten met het team
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit van de processen en doet verbetervoorstellen
  • Je rapporteert aan de Contract Manager
  • Je volgt een zero risk mindset en doet geen compromissen op het gebied van veiligheid. Of het nu gaat om jouw veiligheid, die van jouw collega’s, consumenten, klanten of een andere partij.
  • Je bent hoofdzakelijk vlot in het Nederlands, en je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en ook goede kennis Engels.
  • Je beschikt over administratieve vaardigheden en hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Je bent ondernemend en kunt op een autonome manier werken;
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt op een nauwkeurige manier voor het correct opstellen van communicatie en rapportage.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen van planningen en rapporten.
  • Je bent een teamplayer - One Team Approach.
