Je stemt meldingen af met de juiste servicecoördinator en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de status via klantportals. Ook signaleer je terugkerende problemen en denk je mee over verbeteringen in onze processen. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan hoge klanttevredenheid en een efficiënte dienstverlening.
