Bij een automatiseringsbedrijf in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht werk je aan besturingssystemen voor de machinebouw en procesindustrie. Als Service- en Commissioning Engineer verleen je service, voer je onderhoud uit en los je acute storingen op bij klanten. Daarnaast stel je nieuwe installaties in bedrijf en test je of hardware en software als geheel goed functioneren. Je overziet de samenhang tussen elektrische componenten, signalen en besturingslogica en bepaalt welke aanpak nodig is om een installatie betrouwbaar te laten draaien. Je bent veel onderweg en werkt zelfstandig op klantlocaties, binnen de daar geldende veiligheids- en werkvoorschriften. Bij complexe problemen stem je af met je technische collega’s en houd je de klant betrokken bij de voortgang. In een team met korte lijnen deel je praktijkervaring en denk je mee over verbeteringen. Door de variatie in toepassingen en technische complexiteit blijf je je vakinhoudelijk ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Besturingssystemen op klantlocatie in bedrijf stellen en functioneel testen - Storingen analyseren en verhelpen in elektrische hardware en besturingssoftware - Service en onderhoud uitvoeren aan industriële automatiseringsinstallaties - I/O-signalen, besturingslogica en de samenhang tussen systeemonderdelen controleren - Werkzaamheden en technische bevindingen afstemmen met klanten en collega’s - Testresultaten en servicebevindingen vastleggen en verbeterpunten terugkoppelen - Werken volgens de veiligheids- en werkvoorschriften van de klant Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 4 elektrotechniek en meerdere jaren ervaring in industriële automatisering - Kennis van elektrische hardware en besturingssoftware, met overzicht over het complete systeem - Analytisch vermogen en een zelfstandige, flexibele aanpak bij storingen - Klantgerichte communicatie en een open, collegiale houding - Bereidheid om indien nodig buiten reguliere werktijden en in het buitenland te werken - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands voor overleg met klant.
