Als Service- en Onderhoudsmonteur Woningbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, controleren en optimaliseren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties in woningen. Je lost storingen op, voert preventief onderhoud uit en adviseert bewoners over hun installaties. Je werkt zelfstandig vanuit een volledig uitgeruste servicebus en hebt veel contact met bewoners. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit het onderhouden van cv-installaties, warmtepompen en ventilatiesystemen, het vervangen van onderdelen, het afstellen en in bedrijf stellen van installaties, het signaleren van verbeterpunten en het registreren van werkzaamheden in een digitaal systeem. Je zorgt ervoor dat bewoners weer comfortabel en veilig kunnen wonen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Klantgerichte en representatieve houding - Rijbewijs B - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Mbo-opleiding richting installatietechniek of werktuigbouwkunde - Ervaring als service- of onderhoudsmonteur - Technisch inzicht en oplossingsgericht denken - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen Functieoverzicht .
