Je beschikt over een technisch diploma op MBO minimaal niveau 2. Je hebt praktische kennis en ervaring met het het verrichten van service en onderhoud aan elektrische en mechanische systemen. Voor de meer ervaren monteurs is het een pre als je naast je mechanische kennis ook bekend met Siemens S7/TIA portal en bussystemen zoals Can-bus en Profinet Omdat je op de site van de klant bent, heb je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je vindt het leuk om in teamverband te werken en je bent flexibel ingesteld. Je bent proactief, leergierig en creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen.

We zijn op zoek naar een Service en Onderhoudsmonteur die samen met zijn collega s bezig gaat zijn met het onderhoud van het complete logistieke systeem. Dit is een mooie kans om in een van het nieuwste geautomatiseerde distributiecentrum van Nederland te gaan werken bij de grootste online supermarkt van dit moment.

De boodschappen voor meer dan 150.000 gezinnen worden wekelijks aangevoerd, gepickt en afgeleverd vanuit Picnics nieuwste distributiecentrum in Utrecht. Het centrum is vergaand geautomatiseerd, verdeeld in 3 temperatuurzones en 42.000 m2 groot. De automatisering bestaat uit state-of-the-art material handling equipment. Denk aan geavanceerde transportbanden, rollerbanen en shuttles. Voor besturing maakt het systeem gebruik van sensoren, scanners en weegsystemen. Het hart van het ontwerp is het shuttlesysteem dat in bijna veertig gangen meer dan 200.000 opslaglocaties kan traceren en beladen.

Jouw taken: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opsporen en oplossen van alle elektrische, mechanische en softwarefouten in alle systemen van TGW. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van alle storingen en uiteraard ook om deze te voorkomen. Je voert daarom een nauwkeurige analyse uit om uit te zoeken wat de oorzaak is van de storing. Je voert daarnaast bijvoorbeeld onderhoud uit aan de transportbanden om een kapotte rol of lager te vervangen, het opsporen van fouten op het netwerk en de digitale panelen en het houden van vergaderingen met het operators team van Picnic. Jij vertegenwoordigt TGW ter plaatse en je bent het visitekaartje voor onze opdrachtgever Picnic. Je hebt dus een belangrijke rol bij het opbouwen van een professionele relatie. De site is 24 - 7 geopend. Je werkt in een 5 ploegendienst. De ploegendienst ziet er als volgt uit: 2 ochtend diensten: 06:00 tot 14:30 2 middag diensten: 14:00 tot 22:30 2 dagen nachtdienst: 22:00 tot 06:30 4 dagen vrij.
