The posting

Met vestigingen in diverse Europese landen, en het hoofdkantoor in Nederland, is deze klant een internationaal bedrijf te noemen. Zij ontwikkelen, fabriceren en verkopen kwalitatief hoogwaardige apparaten voor het reinigen van flexibele endoscopen.

Als SERVICE ENGINEER ben je verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, het onderhoud en het service gedeelte bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Daarnaast ben je een goede gesprekspartner voor hun verschillende doelgroepen (ziekenhuizen, ziekenhuishygiënisten, specialisten en verpleegkundigen).

Ter versterking van het team in België zoeken zij per direct een SERVICE ENGINEER.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Als SERVICE ENGINEER maak je onderdeel uit van het Service Team en houd je je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het uitvoeren van installaties en preventief onderhoud op locatie. Na verloop van tijd kun je ook worden ingezet voor correctief onderhoud;
  • Administratieve afhandeling van de werkzaamheden en opstellen van service rapportages;
  • Intern terugkoppelen van bevindingen bij de klant en het doen van aanbevelingen voor verbetering van de werkzaamheden.

REF: WIL

  • Je hebt een afgeronde A2-opleiding, bij voorkeur aangevuld met vaktechnische cursussen of opleidingen;
  • Je hebt goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en voldoende kennis van de Franse taal. Voor onze trainingen en productinformatie is basiskennis van Engels noodzakelijk;
  • Je bent klantgericht, zelfstandig, communicatief- en administratief vaardig en hebt daarnaast een flexibele instelling betreffende ad hoc werkzaamheden, werk- en reistijden;
  • Relevante ervaring in de medische sector is een voordeel.
