In deze context krijg jij als Service Engineer een sleutelrol. Jij bent degene die machines tot leven brengt bij de klant, ze optimaal laat draaien en ervoor zorgt dat alles blijft presteren zoals het hoort. Van installatie en onderhoud tot opleiding en herstellingen, jouw expertise maakt het verschil op het terrein.

Maar je doet meer dan enkel techniek. Je bent het vertrouwde gezicht voor klanten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en vertaalt technische uitdagingen naar concrete oplossingen. In een omgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en waar innovatie centraal staat, krijg je alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Op de baan in België (en af en toe Luxemburg) zorg je ervoor dat machines perfect worden geïnstalleerd, onderhouden en hersteld (elektrisch en mechanisch), zodat klanten meteen zorgeloos kunnen starten
  • Klanten kunnen op jou rekenen als hun vaste aanspreekpunt, waarbij je technische vragen snel en doeltreffend omzet in oplossingen
  • Door jouw inzicht blijven installaties optimaal draaien en voorkom je stilstanden nog vóór ze zich voordoen
  • Met een kritische blik spot je verbeterkansen en geef je gericht advies om prestaties en efficiëntie te verhogen
  • Tijdens opleidingen neem je klanten mee in de werking van hun machines, zodat ze er het maximale uit kunnen halen
  • Hoger diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Vlot in het Nederlands en je kan je behelpen in het Frans
  • Zelfstandig ingesteld met een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak
