Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Service Engineer.

Onze klant is een internationale hightech machinebouwer met vestigingen in Europa, de Verenigde Staten en Azië. Vanuit hun R&D- en engineeringafdeling in België ontwikkelen, bouwen én testen ze volledig in eigen beheer innovatieve en gepatenteerde machines die wereldwijd worden ingezet bij toonaangevende industriële klanten.

Om hun serviceafdeling verder te versterken, kijken zij uit naar een Service Engineer. Je werkt mee aan de installatie, opstart en het onderhoud van geavanceerde machines bij klanten wereldwijd en bouwt zo stap voor stap een sterke technische expertise op.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor de installatie en opstart van industriële machines en zorgt voor de praktische voorbereiding en coördinatie van de werkzaamheden op locatie.
  • Je voert de eindcontrole van machines uit voor verzending en controleert of de assemblage, functionaliteit en levering volledig overeenstemmen met de technische specificaties.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onderhouds-, service- en stroingsinterventies bij klanten, zowel nationaal als internationaal en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging en rapportering.
  • Je verzorgt de technische ondersteuning en commerciële begeleiding door het geven van opleidingen, domenstraties en presentaties aan zowel klanten als interne medewerkers.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master Elektromechanica en hebt een sterke technische basis binnen elektromechanica. Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent leergierig, gedreven en kwaliteitsgericht, met de motivatie om je technische kennis continu verder uit te bouwen en verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Je hebt een hands-on en zelfstandige werkhouding, kan prioriteiten stelen en combineert initiatief nemen met een sterke team- en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en bent flexibel ingesteld naar verplaatsingen en werklocatie, waarbij je zowel intern als op klantenlocatie actief bent.
