Als Service Engineer / Storingsmonteur bij Peka Kroef (locatie Katwijk NB, nabij Cuijk) ben jij de technische spil van een modern en geautomatiseerd machinepark. In een vast 5-ploegenrooster zorg jij ervoor dat productielijnen, robotinstallaties en verpakkingsstraten storingsvrij en op volle toeren blijven draaien. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operators en ploegleiding zodra er een technische uitdaging ontstaat. Je lokaliseert en verhelpt acute storingen op zowel elektrotechnisch als mechanisch vlak, voert preventief onderhoud uit en bewaakt cruciale facilitaire utiliteiten zoals industriële koelsystemen, compressoren en stoomketels. Je legt je werkzaamheden helder vast in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem en denkt proactief mee over proces- en installatieverbeteringen. Dankzij het 5-ploegenrooster (2 ochtend, 2 middag, 2 nacht, 4 dagen vrij ) profiteer je van optimale vrije tijd, geen terugkomdagen en een zeer aantrekkelijk salaris. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Analyseren, lokaliseren en praktisch verhelpen van acute elektrotechnische en mechanische storingen aan machines, robotinstallaties en verpakkingslijnen. - Uitvoeren van gepland preventief onderhoud en noodzakelijke revisies aan technische installaties. - Controleren, monitoren en beheren van centrale utiliteiten (stoomketels, compressoren en koelinstallaties). - Nauw samenwerken met operators en ploegleiders om stilstanden tot het absolute minimum te beperken. - Zorgvuldig registreren van storingsoorzaken, reparaties en gebruikte onderdelen in h...
