The posting

Als Internationaal Service Engineer werk je bij deze firma tot 60% van je tijd in het buitenland. Dit zal je op vele plaatsen brengen. Je staat in voor de installatie en start-up van de gespecialiseerde machines. Je maakt hierbij de nodige planningen en installatieschema’s, maakt afspraken met de klant en leidt de installatie ter plaatse. Verder sta je in voor de technische eindcontrole voor verzending van de te installeren goederen (u controleert of alles volgens plan gemonteerd is, u kijkt na of alles volgens offerte aanwezig is en u staat in voor de finale controle van de functionaliteit van de goederen).

Je staat eveneens in voor het onderhoud en service interventies van machines bij de klanten ter plaatse. Bij klachten of problemen bent u degene die naar de klant reist om daar het probleem op te lossen. Tot slot zal je ook commerciële activiteiten hebben (u geeft presentaties/trainingen, zowel intern als extern en u geeft presentaties van een project/product aan klanten).

Als Service Engineer Machinebouw beschik je over een bachelor of master diploma Elektromechanica. Ervaring is een voordeel maar geen must! Je hebt uiteraard technisch inzicht en ook een goede kennis van elektromechanica. Je leert snel en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je kan autonoom werken, zonder daarbij de teamspirit te verliezen. Je hebt een hands-on persoonlijkheid met zin voor initiatief en je beschikt over een commerciële / klantgerichte ingesteldheid. Je streeft ernaar de kwaliteit van het afgeleverde werk continu te verbeteren. Je bent bereid om op regelmatige basis internationaal te reizen (tot 60%) en beschikt over een goede kennis Nederlands en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).
