HGG logo Service Engineer - Op locatie, Hybride - - Wieringerwerf , Noord-Holland , Nederland - € 3.000 - € 4.500 per maand - Customer support Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Internationaal Service Engineer Op het ene moment retrofit je in Noorwegen een geavanceerde buizen snijmachine en een maandje later sta je zomaar op een scheepswerf in Saoedi-Arabië medewerkers te trainen in het gebruik van onze PCL. Met de accountmanager die voor de klant verantwoordelijk is, bespreek je vooraf je klus. In het geval van een storing denk je samen met de Technical Support collega's alvast na over de oplossing. Op locatie bij de klant voer je het onderhoud of de storingsoplossing uit en geef je de klant advies over hoe hij de productiviteit van zijn machine het best kan waarborgen. De afdeling Onze afdeling Customer Support is onderverdeeld in de disciplines Accountmanagement en Technical Support. Iedereen brengt zijn eigen kennis en ervaring in en samen leveren wij alle support aan onze klanten. Wij kennen onze klanten en hun machines door en door en zijn het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Als Service engineer heb je in alle dynamiek op onze afdeling wel de meest uitdagende functie. Jij levert alle service op onze machines en dat loopt van het uitvoeren van een onderhoudsbezoek, het geven van trainingen aan de klant tot het oplossen van acute storingen. Je geeft de klant het gevoel dat hij wordt gehoord en het vertrouwen dat jij het op gaat lossen. Het lukt jou om met je creativiteit en technische kennis de machine snel weer aan het draaien te krijgen. Als je klaar bent, maak je een rapport, brief je de klant en laat je de klant met een gerust hart achter. Je bent flexibel en houdt van veranderingen en technische uitdagingen.
