De functie inhoud Wat staat er jou te wachten als Service Engineer bij deze machinebouwer?

  • Het is een gecombineerde rol waarin je hands-on aan de slag gat voor service en zorgt voor coördinatie en administratie.
  • Beheer van volledige servicewerking (technisch, administratief en organisatorisch), inclusief serviceplanning, interventies en contractbeheer.
  • Onderhouden van duurzame relaties, opstellen van offertes en opvolgen van spare parts en leveringen.
  • Beheer van kleine projecten in de atelier van offerte en opmeting tot ontwerp, bestelling, opbouw en oplevering bij klant.
  • Assembleren, aansluiten en afstellen van prototype machines (mechanisch, elektrisch, pneumatisch, hydraulisch) en installatie/opstart bij klanten.
  • Cruciale verbinding tussen atelier, service, projectmanagement en klant, met focus op kwaliteit, timing en efficiëntie.

In deze hoogtechnologische werkomgeving is alle kennis in-house aanwezig, waardoor innovatie hier dagelijkse kost is. Als Service Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het bieden van service op maat van de klant. Dankzij de variatie aan industrieën waarin het bedrijf actief is, geniet je als Service Engineer van uitdagende en afwisselende projecten. Bovendien maak je als Service Engineer deel uit van een hecht team waar samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan, en waar er regelmatig ruimte is voor een gezellige afterwork.   • Een bachelor Elektromechanica met 3 jaar werkervaring heb je op zak!
  • Kennis van pneumatiek en elektrotechniek is een must.
