Ben je technisch sterk, werk je graag zelfstandig en spreekt een internationale functie je aan waarbij je op bijzondere locaties over de hele wereld komt? Dan is de functie van Service Engineer bij Ship Motion een unieke volgende stap. Als Service Engineer werk je aan geavanceerde voortstuwings- en besturingssystemen in een internationale maritieme omgeving. De ene keer werk je vanuit Dordrecht, de andere keer reis je naar een klant of schip in het buitenland. Op jaarbasis ben je in totaal ongeveer drie maanden in het buitenland, verdeeld over verschillende internationale serviceopdrachten. Een buitenlandse opdracht kan tot ongeveer 3 weken aaneengesloten duren. Je komt op bijzondere locaties, werkt met hoogwaardige techniek en krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om technische uitdagingen zelfstandig op te lossen. Over Ship Motion Ship Motion is een internationaal opererende specialist in geavanceerde voortstuwings- en besturingssystemen voor onder andere de megajachtbouw en militaire toepassingen. Met diepgaande kennis van scheepsdynamica, regeltechniek en systeemintegratie ontwikkelen en produceren we hoogwaardige maatwerkoplossingen. Onze systemen moeten voldoen aan de hoogste eisen op het gebied van betrouwbaarheid, controle, efficiëntie en comfort. Van engineering en productie tot installatie en service: onze techniek moet wereldwijd blijven presteren onder veeleisende omstandigheden.
