Functie

Voor onze klant met uitvalsbasis te Deinze, zijn we op zoek naar een Service Engineer (80% buitenland)

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de installatie van onze machines en je treft de nodige praktische voorbereidingen
  • Je geeft leiding aan de installatie ter plaatse
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische eindcontrole vóór verzending
  • Je controleert of alles volgens plan is gemonteerd
  • Je controleert of alles aanwezig is volgens de offerte en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de eindcontrole van de werking van de goederen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onderhouds- en service-interventies aan machines bij de klant
  • Bij klachten of problemen ben jij degene die naar de klant reist om het probleem op te lossen (zowel binnen als buiten Europa).
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de rapportage, de administratieve afhandeling van de servicetaken en de feedback aan de organisatie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële kant (je geeft presentaties/trainingen, zowel intern als extern, en je presenteert projecten/producten aan klanten)

Profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een technische job
  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en zeer goede kennis van elektromechanica
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je kennis voortdurend bij te werken
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en kunt zelfstandig werken, zonder de teamgeest uit het oog te verliezen
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, toont initiatief en hebt een commerciële/klantgerichte houding
  • Je streeft ernaar de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk voortdurend te verbeteren
  • Je spreekt perfect NL en zeer vlot ENG
  • Je bent zeer flexibel qua uurrooster, werklocatie & werken in buitenland --> je reist namelijk 80% van de tijd!
