Service engineer

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een innovatieve en groeiende speler binnen IT- en communicatieoplossingen zijn we op zoek naar een Unified Communications Engineer.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren, beheren en optimaliseren van moderne communicatieoplossingen bij professionele klanten. Je combineert technische expertise met klantgericht denken en krijgt de ruimte om projecten van A tot Z uit te voeren.

  • Installeren en configureren van VoIP- en Unified Communications oplossingen (hardware & software)
  • Uitvoeren van upgrades, onderhoud en interventies
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen
  • Voorbereiden en realiseren van projecten van begin tot eind
  • Meedenken met klanten en voorstellen uitwerken op maat
  • Sporadisch ondersteuning bieden aan de service desk

Je werkt in een rol met een sterke mix van techniek, klantcontact en verantwoordelijkheid.

PROFIEL

  • Bachelor in IT, netwerken of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Goede kennis van netwerken (essentieel)
  • Interesse in nieuwe technologieën en evoluties binnen communicatie
  • Ervaring met VoIP of UC is een plus
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands + basis Frans en/of Engels
  • Je bent zelfstandig, communicatief en oplossingsgericht
