Als Field Service Engineer in regio Gent ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in het veld. Je voert onderhoud uit aan systemen en lost storingen direct op locatie op. Of het nu gaat om energieopslag, transformatorstations of laadoplossingen, jij zorgt dat alles snel en veilig werkt. Je werkt nauw samen met de supportafdeling en houdt alles zorgvuldig bij, zodat de service continu verbeterd kan worden. Spreekt dit jou aan? De functie inhoud Jouw uitdagend takenpakket vind je hieronder:

  • Als service engineer voer je de jaarlijks geplande onderhouden uit volgens een contractafspraak.
  • Problemen zoals storingen diagnosticeren, componenten vervangen en systemen herstellen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor.
  • Visuele en fysieke inspecties uitvoeren en meetgegevens registreren in het interne systeem.
  • Verbeterpunten signaleren in processen, producten en klantondersteuning zodat nieuwe problemen voorkomen worden.
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften naleven en incidenten melden aan jouw leidinggevende.

Onze klant Als Service Engineer kom je terecht in een organisatie regio Gent, die al meer dan 80 jaar producten en diensten voor de distributie van elektrische energie levert. Ze zijn de specialist op gebied van compacte en betreedbare transformatorstations. Sinds kort zorgen zij er ook voor dat meer dan duizenden elektrische wagens opgeladen kunnen worden wegens de ontwikkeling van hun laadpalen.

Kortom, je komt terecht in een bedrijf waar de nieuwste snufjes dag in, dag uit besproken worden. Je werkt in een firma die kennis heeft van al het hoogtechnologische! Kennis wordt gedeeld tijdens de drinks op vrijdagavond of bij het nuttigen van een pils op café want ontspannen vinden ze hier even belangrijk! Voor deze functie als service engineer zoeken we een zelfstandige, oplossingsgerichte engineer met een klantgerichte en communicatieve instelling.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor in Elektrotechniek heb je op zak!
  • Ervaring in een technische buitendienstfunctie is een plus maar geen vereiste.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
