Werken bij Batenburg - NL - service engineer industriële automatisering Wil jij werken aan de meest uiteenlopende besturingssystemen binnen de machinebouw en procesindustrie? Als Service Engineer krijg je de kans om je technische kennis dagelijks in te zetten én verder te ontwikkelen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt bij complexe storingen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en ondersteunt softwareteams bij uitdagende projecten. Dankzij de diversiteit aan opdrachtgevers, Van FrieslandCampina tot Philips, en de afwisseling tussen service en projectwerk blijf je continu leren. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Als Service Engineer combineer je twee belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden: - Het oplossen van storingen in de besturingssystemen en veldbussen/netwerken bij onze opdrachtgevers in de machinebouw en/of procesindustrie. - Het ondersteunen van de softwareteams bij inbedrijfstellingen van nieuwbouw- en optimalisatieprojecten. Eén keer per vijf weken draai je consignatiedienst en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij storingen. Je lost de storingen op vanaf onze kantoorlocaties in Heerenveen of Zwolle, remote vanuit huis en af en toe ook in-house bij onze opdrachtgevers. Denk dan aan FrieslandCampina, Huhtamaki, A-ware, Philips, DOC, NLR en Provincie Friesland. Zowel machine- als procesbesturingen dus! Als Service Engineer analyseer je problemen en kom je met verbetervoorstellen. Het uiteindelijke doel? Zo min mogelijk storingen! Wanneer je niet een storingen onder handen hebt, ondersteun je de softwareteams van ons projectenbureau bij nieuwbouw, optimalisatie en inbedrijfstellingen. Zo leer je elke opdrachtgever goed kennen! De technische ontwikkelingen gaan snel, daarom investeren wij maar wat graag in de ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers. Wij zijn technisch up-to-date en kunnen onze opdrachtgevers zo altijd optimaal adviseren.
