The posting

Bij een groothandel in gereedschapswerktuigen in Waalwijk werk je als Service Engineer Industriële Automatisering aan geautomatiseerde productiesystemen. Je monteert, onderhoudt en installeert onder meer productielijnen, verpakkingsmachines, transportbandsystemen en robotcellen. Daarbij combineer je mechanische kennis met elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek, van PLC-besturingen tot servo-aandrijvingen. Je zorgt dat installaties goed functioneren en onderzoekt storingen tot je de oorzaak hebt gevonden, op de eigen locatie en bij klanten in uiteenlopende industriële sectoren. In de dagelijkse praktijk besteed je ongeveer 40% van je tijd aan preventief onderhoud, 30% aan storingsoplossing en 30% aan installatie en inbedrijfstelling. Je werkt veel zelfstandig bij klanten in Noord-Brabant en omliggende provincies, met een serviceteam van circa zes engineers achter je. Engineering en projectmanagement ondersteunen je bij technische vraagstukken. Door modificaties uit te voeren en vast te leggen in SolidWorks en EPLAN verdiep je je kennis van machines, robots en cobots. Functie-inhoud - Inspecteren, testen en preventief onderhouden van geautomatiseerde machines en installaties - Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische storingen - Assembleren en monteren van systemen volgens technische specificaties en tekeningen - Installeren en in bedrijf stellen van productiesystemen bij klanten - Uitvoeren van modificaties en bijwerken van tekeningen in SolidWorks en EPLAN - Repareren van gespecialiseerde lasapparatuur en vervangen van beschadigde componenten - Documenteren van servicewerkzaamheden en ondersteunen bij het opstellen van inkoopspecificaties Functie-eisen - Je hebt een mbo-diploma in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en mechanische en elektrotechnische problemen systematisch onderzoeken - Je hebt affiniteit met PLC-besturingen, servo-aandrijvingen en robotisering..
