Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Zaandam help je industriële klanten hun installaties betrouwbaar te laten draaien. Als Service Engineer combineer je preventief onderhoud met storingsanalyse en procesoptimalisatie. Je werkt aan PLC-, SCADA-, DCS- en HMI-systemen, waarbij je steeds kijkt naar beschikbaarheid, werking en de gevolgen voor het productieproces. Je ondersteunt klanten op locatie en op afstand en vertaalt technische problemen naar concrete oplossingen. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je storingen, test je software-updates en leg je systeemwijzigingen zorgvuldig vast. Je stemt met klanten en collega’s af wat nodig is om een installatie weer stabiel te laten functioneren. Ook geef je gebruikers uitleg en adviseer je over verbeteringen. Je krijgt ruimte om je kennis van automatiseringssystemen verder te ontwikkelen; leergierigheid telt daarbij nadrukkelijk mee. Deelname aan 24/7-storingsdiensten hoort bij de rol. Functie-inhoud - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan industriële automatiseringssystemen - Storingen lokaliseren, analyseren en verhelpen met aandacht voor minimale stilstand - Klanten technisch ondersteunen op locatie en op afstand - Nieuwe systemen en software-updates installeren en testen - Systeemwijzigingen documenteren en adviseren over procesoptimalisatie - Klanten trainen en informeren over het gebruik van hun automatiseringssystemen Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding - Je hebt kennis van PLC-, SCADA-, DCS- en HMI-systemen of wilt je hierin ontwikkelen - Je analyseert technische problemen zorgvuldig en houdt overzicht onder tijdsdruk - Je communiceert helder met klanten en collega’s en neemt initiatief - Je bent 32–40 uur per week beschikbaar en bereid deel te nemen aan 24/7-storingsdiensten - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.450 en € 3.900 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - Een salaris van € 2.450 tot € 3.900 bruto per maand - Een ein.
