Als service engineer sta je in voor onderstaande taken:

  • Je staat in voor de start-up van de machines. Daarbij maak je de nodige planningen en installatieschema’s
  • Je maakt afspraken met de klant, daarbij leidt je installaties ter plaatse
  • Je staat in voor de technische eindcontrole voor verzending van de te installeren goederen. Zo controleer je bijvoorbeeld of machines volgens plan gemonteerd zijn
  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud van machines bij de klanten ter plaatse
  • Je staat verder ook in voor de commerciële kant van het bedrijf (je geeft presentaties/trainingen, zowel intern als extern en je geeft presentaties van een project/product aan klanten)
  • Je staat ook in voor de rapportering, de administratieve afhandeling van de service tasks en je geeft feedback aan de organisatie
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma Elektromechanica
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis Nederlands en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en ook een zeer goede kennis van elektromechanica
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je kan autonoom werken, zonder daarbij de teamspirit te verliezen
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, zin voor initiatief en bent commercieel, klantgericht ingesteld
  • Je streeft ernaar de kwaliteit van het afgeleverde werk continu te verbeteren
  • Je bent bereid om te reizen voor de job (tot 60%)
