Je analyseert technische problemen en zorgt voor een snelle en duurzame oplossing. € 3000 Omgeving Woerden MBO Consultancy & Delivery Wat ga je doen als Service Engineer Retail IT? - Je verhelpt storingen aan kassasystemen, hardware, software en netwerken - Je biedt technische ondersteuning op locatie en op afstand - Je analyseert complexe vraagstukken en lost deze zelfstandig op - Je werkt volgens afgesproken servicelevels en kwaliteitsstandaarden - Je begeleidt gebruikers bij het optimaal inzetten van systemen - Je schakelt regelmatig met collega's van support, consultancy en development - Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij implementaties en vernieuwingen: - Je installeert nieuwe IT- en kassasystemen bij klanten - Je vervangt bestaande hardware zoals POS-systemen, werkplekken en pinterminals - Je configureert en test systemen voorafgaand aan uitlevering - Je verzorgt installaties die direct operationeel moeten zijn voor de eindgebruiker - Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten in één keer goed worden uitgevoerd - Waarom deze functie interessant is Je combineert techniek, klantcontact en zelfstandigheid in één functie.
