The posting

Wat doe je als Service Engineer bij Alphatron Marine? Jij wordt de technische expert op het water. Als Service Engineer bij Alphatron Marine werk je dagelijks met hoogwaardige navigatie- en communicatiesystemen voor de scheepvaart. Denk aan het oplossen van technische storingen, het upgraden van bestaande systemen en het installeren en inbedrijfstellen van nieuwe apparatuur. Je werkplek wisselt voortdurend: vandaag op een binnenvaartschip ergens langs de Maas en morgen op een zeevaartschip in de Rotterdamse haven.

Je begint met een intern opleidingstraject van minimaal zes maanden, waarbij je wordt ingewerkt in de systemen van Alphatron Marine en haar leveranciers. Daarna ga je in eerste instantie samen met een ervaren collega op pad om de kneepjes van het vak in de praktijk te leren. Zodra je het vertrouwen en de kennis hebt, trek je zelfstandig op pad in Nederland en soms in België. Incidenteel zijn er ook kortdurende opdrachten in het buitenland. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde, en dat is precies wat deze functie zo avontuurlijk maakt.

Ben jij onze nieuwe Service Engineer Maritiem? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in de elektrotechniek

- Je hebt kennis van en affiniteit met de maritieme sector

- Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B

- Je bent analytisch sterk en lost problemen op, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband

- Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

- Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om buiten kantooruren te werken en te reizen
