Onze klanten verwachten een partner die meedenkt, transparant communiceert en continu werkt aan verbetering. Daarom zoeken wij een Service Level Manager die onze dienstverlening meetbaar, voorspelbaar en aantoonbaar beter maakt. Servicel Manager Als Service Level Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, analyseren en verbeteren van onze dienstverlening richting klanten. Je bespreekt serviceprestaties, SLA's, trends en verbeterpunten met klanten en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken daadwerkelijk worden opgevolgd. Op basis van rapportages, klantfeedback en operationele data stuur je actief op verbetering van de dienstverlening. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant, support, beheer, projecten en accountmanagement. Uitdagingen Voor welke klanten doe je dit? Onze klanten variëren van 15 tot ruim 650 werkplekken en zijn actief in uiteenlopende branches. Je schakelt hierbij met IT-verantwoordelijken, directieleden, managers en ondernemers. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag bespreek je SLA-rapportages met een zorgorganisatie, de volgende dag werk je samen met onze engineers aan een verbetertraject of begeleid je een klant tijdens een escalatie. Je houdt je bezig met onder andere: - Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en opvolgen van Service Level Management-overleggen. - Analyseren van SLA-prestaties, incidenttrends en klanttevredenheid. - Opstellen en presenteren van management- en servicerapportages. - Signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden. - Coördineren van communicatie rondom escalaties en klantimpact. - Bewaken van openstaande acties en gemaakte afspraken. - Adviseren over verbeteringen binnen dienstverlening en processen. - Samenwerken met support, beheer, projecten, security en accountmanagement. - Vertalen van operatio...
