In het kort: Je gaat als servicemanager de ICT-dienstverlening met klanten afspreken, borgen en tactisch aansturen, waarbij je schakelt tussen business en ICT, interne teams verbindt en externe leveranciers op tactisch niveau aanstuurt. Opdrachtomschrijving Als Servicemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het overeenkomen van de te leveren dienstverlening aan de klant. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de borging hiervan en de tactische sturing hierop. Dat doe je niet alleen, maar samen met de beheer- en/of de projectorganisatie. Op tactisch niveau ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant, je vervult de brugfunctie tussen business en ICT. Binnen JIO ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de beheerorganisatie, projecten, accountmanagement, het klantenteam en het management team. Afhankelijk van de dienstverlening waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent heb je tevens te maken met de tactische aansturing van externe leveranciers. Achtergrond De Justitiële ICT Organisatie – een grote ICT-leverancier binnen de Overheid – is op zoek naar een Servicemanager. Ter uitbreiding van het team willen we kandidaten beter leren kennen en bij wederzijdse match verambtelijken. Eisen -Dienstverband: Detachering - Opmaak cv: in het Nederlands, in Word en maximaal 4 pagina’s. - ITIL (eis), Agile, Scrum, DevOps en SIAM; - Ervaring met ROK, NOK, DFA, SLA, PDC; - HBO werk- en denkniveau (minimaal 5 jaar); - ICT dienstverlening aan klanten of opdrachtgevers (minimaal 5 jaar). Wensen - Ervaring als servicemanager in een overheidsomgeving of ‘corporate’ ICT omgeving is gewenst.
