Service Manager - Woerden Maak het verschil Ben jij iemand die houdt van uitdagende klantrelaties en enthousiast wordt van het leveren van excellente dienstverlening? Als Service Manager krijg je de kans om de brug te zijn tussen klanten en onze operationele teams, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor SLA's, klanttevredenheid en continue verbetering. Dit alles terwijl je deel uitmaakt van ons energiek en betrokken Customer Success Services-team van 45 collega's. Benieuwd naar wat wij jou te bieden hebben? En daarnaast kun je meedoen aan onze Fun-activiteiten, zoals een levend tafelvoetbalspel, een pub quiz en de zomer-BBQ; elke maand wordt er wel wat georganiseerd door ons actieve Fun-team. Trouwens, als met je standaard verlof van 25 dagen en genoemde workation je reisbehoefte nog niet is getemd, kun je nog 20 extra verlofdagen bijkopen. Naar onze mening nóg een argument om door te lezen om te weten wat de functie inhoudt. Een voorbeeld van je werkdag Een voorbeeld van de ochtend: - 08:30 - Thuiswerken : Vanuit je thuiswerkplek start je de dag met een kop koffie en het checken van je e-mail. Een paar snelle antwoorden op vragen van collega's en je bekijkt de Service Level Rapportage van de afgelopen maand. Alles lijkt op koers, geen bijzonderheden - een goede start van de dag! - 10:30 - Onderweg naar klant : Je stapt in de auto richting een klant voor het maandelijkse operationeel overleg. Onderweg bel je even met de accountmanager om te checken of er nog bijzonderheden zijn. Je krijgt te horen dat de klant tevreden is en dat we in gesprek zijn over de implementatie van onze nieuwe frontoffice-applicatie. Gaaf! - 11:00 - Klan...
