Als Servicemanager ben jij bij Menzis eindverantwoordelijk voor een gecontracteerde IT-dienst en het interne aanspreekpunt op tactisch en strategisch niveau. Je zorgt dat onze IT-diensten voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteit en optimaal bijdragen aan de klantreizen en organisatiedoelstellingen. Je beweegt je in het hart van het speelveld tussen business, interne serviceteams en externe IT-leveranciers, en verbindt leveranciers, afnemers, Product Owners en business-eigenaren tot een dienstverlening die in balans is en blijft. Als Servicemanager voer je regie op de volledige keten van IT-dienstverlening: - Je voert regie op dienstverlening. Je bewaakt en stuurt op SLA's en OLA's en zorgt dat diensten conform afspraak worden geleverd. - Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete services. Je haalt actief behoeften op en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke dienstverlening en serviceafspraken. - Je stuurt leveranciers aan. Je onderhoudt relaties en stuurt externe IT-leveranciers op prestaties, kwaliteit en compliance. - Je borgt de beheersing van dienstverlening. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor adequaat TPRM, de beheersing van de uitbestede dienstverlening en het opzetten, afdwingen en controleren van de benodigde assurance. Opereert de dienstverlening buiten de businesscase, dan escaleer je naar Contract- en Leveranciersmanagement. - Je organiseert de governance. Je zorgt dat de strategische, tactische en operationele overleggen tussen Menzis en de leverancier zijn ingericht en ingepland voor de besturing van de dienstverlening. - Je pakt regie bij verstoringen. Je neemt de leiding bij majeure incidenten en zorgt voor structurele oplossingen. - Je werkt continu aan verbetering. Je initieert en realise...
