Je team bestaat uit 3 Service Coordinatoren, 10 Service Engineers en 3 Administrators. Jouw missie Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de resultaten van de afdeling: omzet, winst en klanttevredenheid. Je ontwikkelt een sterke marktpositie door focus op kwaliteit, een deskundig team en optimale samenwerking binnen de Alphatron Marine Group. Je bouwt een sterk team waarmee je je missie kunt realiseren; Wat ga je doen? - Groei te realiseren in bestaande en nieuwe markten; - Afdelingsplannen, doelen en jaarbudgetten opstellen; - Borging klanttevredenheid door verbetering kwaliteit, first‑time‑fix en serviceperformance; - Trainen, begeleiden en motiveren van je team; - Gesprekken voeren m.b.t. performance management; - Bewaken van budgetten, kosten en winstgevendheid; - Monitoring productiviteit; - Escalatiepunt in geval van issues; - Relatiebeheer met klanten en servicepartners; - Maandelijks rapporteren over resultaten, kansen, risico's en operationele voortgang; - Vertegenwoordigen van de Business Units bij events; Voor deze functie vragen we van jou : - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving; - Sterk leiderschap: inspirerend, besluitvaardig en verbindend; - Analytisch vermogen en focus op kwaliteit; - Oog voor processen, procedures en continue verbetering; - Communicatief sterk en in st...
