Je speelt een cruciale rol in het ontwikkelen van service- en onderhoudsstrategieën, het verbeteren van processen en het waarborgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en financiële prestaties. Je werkt nauw samen met teamleiders en relatiemanagers en bent een actief lid van het managementteam. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van service- en onderhoudsstrategieën. Aansturen van teamleiders en relatiemanagers binnen Frimex Service. Optimaliseren van serviceprocessen met aandacht voor kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en rendement. Bewaken van financiële resultaten en naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving. Stimuleren van innovatie, onder andere op gebied van duurzaamheid en energiebesparing. Meebouwen aan een toekomstgerichte serviceorganisatie als MT-lid. Bijdragen aan de strategische koers van Frimex en de VDK Groep. OVER DEZE VACATURE Als Service Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de complete serviceorganisatie van Frimex.
