Als Service Manager in ons gepassioneerde Enterprise Customer Delivery and Operations team, ben jij de stuwende kracht achter klantrelaties en verantwoordelijk voor uitmuntende service aan onze key-accounts. Als Service Manager ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal van onze grootste zakelijke klanten. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten en de operationele teams binnen Odido. Je kijkt verder dan contracten en KPI's, bouwt aan sterke relaties en zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening aansluit op wat onze klanten écht nodig hebben. Zo draag jij direct bij aan onze ambitie om Customer Champion te worden. Als Service Manager bij Odido ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw portfolio van grote Enterprise-klanten. Je bewaakt onze klantspecifieke contractafspraken, zorgt dat onze dienstverlening aansluit op de verwachtingen en behoeften van klanten en neemt de regie wanneer situaties extra aandacht vragen.
