Service Manager Onze opdrachtgever is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en reparaties aan gevelonderhoudsinstallaties door heel Nederland. Zij assisteren ook bij keuringen en verhelpen storingen, met hun service- en reparatiemonteurs ondersteund door verschillende collega's op het kantoor. Dagelijks streven zij ernaar om het beste uit hun zelf te halen, door samen te werken en te luisteren naar wat klanten van hen verwachten. In hun werk staan veiligheid, deskundigheid en betrokkenheid voorop. Als Servicemanager geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team buitendienstmonteurs die zorg dragen voor het onderhoud aan gevelliften. Je ondersteunt hen en zorgt voor een veilige, positieve werkomgeving waarin vakmanschap centraal staat. Je organiseert teammomenten zoals serviceoverleggen en monteurs-dagen om kennis te delen en de samenwerking te versterken. Je bent technisch eindverantwoordelijk voor alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Je ondersteunt monteurs bij complexe storingen, beoordeelt lastige reparaties op locatie en springt zelf bij wanneer dat nodig is. Samen met de collega's van Verkoop werk je technische oplossingen uit voor serviceaanvragen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de planning ten behoeve van operationele efficiëntie. Je zorgt voor een optimale inzet van monteurs, helpt bij complexe projecten en ziet toe op een correcte registratie van werkzaamheden. Waar je knelpunten ziet, initieer je verbeteringen. Kwaliteit en veiligheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je voert inspecties en controles uit, ziet toe op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en grijpt in bij onveilige situaties. Je organiseert toolbox-meetings, werkt samen met de KAM-manager en bewaakt het juiste gebruik van materieel en gereedschap. Je signaleert meer- en minderwerk, onderhoudt contact met monteurs en klanten en denkt actief mee over procesverbetering en klanttevredenheid.
