Service Manager VHS Verhuur B.V. Je neemt écht eigenaarschap over onze serviceafdeling: je stuurt een team van monteurs aan, bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit van onderhoud aan onze hoogwerkers, en denkt strategisch mee als lid van het managementteam. Dit is geen 9-tot-5 kantoorbaan. Als het druk is, rol je je mouwen op en werk je mee. Als het rustig is, bouw je aan processen en mensen. Jij bent de verbinding tussen werkvloer en directie. - Fulltime - MBO, HBO Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen en coachen van een team van ca. 5 monteurs - Plannen van preventief en correctief onderhoud - Bewaken van deadlines en serviceafspraken - Zelf meewerken bij piekdrukte - Deelnemen aan MT-overleggen - Doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen - Samenwerken met transport en verhuur - Rapporteren over serviceprestaties Wat vragen wij? - MBO/HBO niveau, technische richting is een pre - Ervaring in een leidinggevende servicerol - Hands-on - je werkt mee als dat nodig is - Communicatief sterk naar team én MT - Organisatorisch sterk, oog voor detail én het grote plaatje - Proactief en probleemoplossend - Affiniteit met hoogwerkers is een pré - Gedreven om een afdeling te laten groeien Wat bieden wij? - Prettige werksfeer in een hecht team waar je écht meetelt. - Afwisselende functie met invloed op de koers: jij bent de schakel tussen klant, planning en uitvoering. - Ontwikkeling & verantwoordelijkheid: ruimte om mee te denken en door te groeien. - 25 vakantiedagen + 6 ATV: CAO Metaal & Techniek - Salaris tussen € 4.000,- en € 5.250,- bruto per maand, passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring. - Fulltime functie van 45 uur per week - in overleg bespreekbaar. - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren.
