De vestiging Schiedam is recent volledig verbouwd tot een modern en toekomstgericht dealerbedrijf, waar we met een team van 85 collega's werken met meer dan 20 bruggen en de nieuwste tools en technologieën. Jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband 700+ leuke collega's Fulltime Stap in bij Dusseldorp Jouw werkzaamheden Als Service Manager ben jij de organisator binnen onze serviceafdeling en verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van een optimale klantbeleving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich gezien, geholpen en gewaardeerd voelt. Je geeft leiding aan het team Service Adviseurs en weet hen te motiveren en verder te ontwikkelen. Samen zorgen jullie voor een professioneel en gastvrij ontvangst aan de balie. Je bewaakt de gestelde doelstellingen op het gebied van klanttevredenheid en omzet en stuurt hier actief op bij. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen binnen de vestiging om processen continu te verbeteren. Jij ziet kansen, initieert verbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat de serviceafdeling blijft ontwikkelen. Jouw profiel Je bent een leider met een hands-on mentaliteit. Iemand die zichtbaar aanwezig is op de werkvloer, het team daarin meeneemt en dus niet vanaf de zijlijn aanstuurt. Je staat klanten professioneel te woord en ondersteunt je collega's waar nodig. Met jouw commerciële inzicht en servicegerichte houding weet je een optimale klantbeleving te realiseren, terwijl je tegelijkertijd stuurt op omzet en rendement. Daarnaast beschik je over: - HBO werk- en denkniveau - Aantoonbare werkervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen after sales, bij voorkeur binnen de Automotive....
