Nu ligt er in Den Bosch een mooie kans om die ervaring in te zetten binnen een leidinggevende rol op de afdeling Service. Als Service Manager krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een betrokken aftersalesteam en werk je mee aan een serviceorganisatie waarin kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Als Service Manager in Den Bosch zorg je ervoor dat de aftersales van de vestiging soepel draait. Je geeft leiding aan het aftersalesteam (+/- 15 mensen) en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen de monteurs, werkplaatschef en serviceadviseurs. Met jouw overzicht en manier van leidinggeven creëer je de juiste balans tussen een efficiënte werkplaats, tevreden klanten en een team dat weet waar het naartoe werkt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen en coachen van het aftersalesteam en zorgen voor een optimale werkverdeling; - Het verhogen van productiviteit, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid; - Het beheren, bewaken en waar nodig bijsturen van de aftersalesdoelstellingen; - Het bevorderen van een goede samenwerking tussen de werkplaats en receptie.
