Voor een innovatieve organisatie binnen de chemische industrie zoeken wij een Service Manager voor regio Zuid-Nederland. In deze zelfstandige functie zorg je ervoor dat wasprocessen bij klanten optimaal blijven presteren. Je combineert techniek, klantcontact en procesverbetering en krijgt daarbij veel vrijheid om je werkzaamheden zelfstandig in te delen. Klinkt dit als een uitdaging die bij jou past? Als Service Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, programmeren en optimaliseren van doseersystemen voor professionele wasprocessen. Je bezoekt klanten in Zuid-Nederland en zorgt ervoor dat installaties optimaal functioneren en blijven voldoen aan de wensen van de klant.

Werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Programmeren en instellen van doseersystemen voor wasmachines

- Uitvoeren van service- en onderhoudsbezoeken bij klanten

- Controleren en optimaliseren van wasprocessen

- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische storingen

- Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen processen en installaties

- Adviseren van klanten over het optimale gebruik van systemen en producten
