Ben jij iemand die graag een dienst na verkoop naar een hoger niveau tilt? Als Aftersales Manager (divisie voertuigen) zorg je voor een sterk team, een klantgerichte werking en een professionele opvolging van alle aftersalesactiviteiten. Je combineert leidinggeven met technische affiniteit en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne diensten om een efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle service te garanderen. Jouw taken?

Leidinggevende en mensgerichte verantwoordelijkheden;

  • Operationele aansturing van het aftersalesteam met focus op efficiënte organisatie en dagelijkse werking;
  • Coachende rol opnemen waarbij teamleden worden begeleid, ondersteund en gemotiveerd;
  • Richting geven via duidelijke prioriteiten, verwachtingen, planning en capaciteitsverdeling;
  • Actieve bijdrage leveren aan de verdere professionalisering van de dienst, met sterke aandacht voor klanttevredenheid.

Technische en operationele verantwoordelijkheden

  • Efficiënte en klantgerichte afhandeling van aftersalesactiviteiten zoals wisselstukkenverkoop, servicevragen en technische ondersteuning;
  • Planning, coördinatie en opvolging van onderhouds-, herstel- en interventiewerkzaamheden;
  • Beoordeling en opvolging van garantieaanvragen en onderhoudscontracten met focus op correcte afhandeling;
  • Coördinatie van interne diensten bij het vaststellen en oplossen van technische defecten, storingen of kwaliteitsproblemen;
  • Opmaken van kostenramingen voor herstellingen, interventies en technische werkzaamheden;
  • Opstellen van onderhoudsinstructies en aanbevolen wisselstuklijsten.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die technische kennis combineert met leiderschap, klantgerichtheid en organisatorisch talent. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar voertuigen, techniek en service samenkomen. Dankzij jouw communicatiestijl en probleemoplossend vermogen zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen klanten, teamleden en interne afdelingen.

  • Hogere technische opleiding (bachelor/master) of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Ervaring als Aftersales/Service Manager of binnen automotive als waardevolle troef;
  • Sterke affiniteit met autotechniek en vlot inzicht in elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema’s en hun link met PLC‑programmatie;
  • Leidinggevende en coachende vaardigheden om een team te ondersteunen en te motiveren;
  • Commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid, inclusief bereidheid tot korte buitenlandse verplaatsingen;
  • Organisatorische sterkte en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen;
  • Heldere communicatie in Nederlands, met vlotte kennis van Frans en Engels; kennis van Duits als pluspunt.
