Bied B2B-ondersteuning aan topbedrijven & verdien tot € 3.000,- per maand. Wat ga je doen? Houd jij van aanpakken, strakke communicatie en het ontzorgen van zakelijke klanten? Als Service medewerker op het kantoor in Amersfoort help jij grote werkgevers zoals FrieslandCampina en ABN AMRO dagelijks verder met al hun vragen. Samen met hen maak je zakelijk reizen makkelijker, slimmer en een stuk groener. Vergeet hectische helpdesks waar de telefoon nooit stopt met rinkelen. In deze functie handel je ongeveer 20 telefoontjes per dag af. De rest van jouw tijd besteed je aan het uitpluizen van vragen, mailwisselingen en administratieve opvolging. Je werkt direct boven Amersfoort Centraal in een informeel en enthousiast team (onderdeel van Pon en Volkswagen) waar gezamenlijke lunches en vrijdagborrels de standaard zijn. Wat worden jouw taken? - Beantwoorden van B2B-vragen via e-mail en het interne ticketsysteem; - Kwalitatief telefonisch te woord staan van mobiliteitsmanagers en kaarthouders; - Zorgen voor een correcte verwerking van nieuwe contracten en pasmutaties; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen om de zakelijk service nog strakker te maken. Wat wij bieden - Salaris tudden € 2.750,- en € 3.000,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur); - Direct een contract bij de werkgever zelf; - Top werkplek direct boven station Amersfoort Centraal; - Ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en eigen initiatief; - Gezellige teamuitjes, BBQ's en wekelijks borrels.
