Lees dan gauw verder! € 2700 Nieuwegein MBO HR & Office Support Wat ga je doen als Service Medewerker Logistiek? Als Service Medewerker Logistiek ben je een essentiële schakel voor het team. Je bevindt je in een veelzijdige rol waarin je grotendeels zelfstandig werkt, maar ook samenwerkt met collega's. Bij foutieve of geweigerde leveringen zul je deze ontvangen, controleren en verwerken in het systeem. Daarnaast boek je klantfacturen in, controleer je creditnota's en rapporteer je aan de Manager van de afdeling. Kortom, er is veel variatie! Je gaat aan de slag op de Customer Service afdeling, bestaande uit 12 collega's, waarvan 3 logistieke experts zijn. De afdeling fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor vragen en klachten van klanten, waarbij de focus ligt op klantenservice. Of het nu gaat om problemen veroorzaakt door leveranciers, vervoerders, interne processen of zelfs klant gerelateerde kwesties, het team staat klaar om oplossingen te bieden.
