Monteurs en technicians hebben de installatie gebouwd; jij controleert vervolgens of alles werkt zoals het hoort en voldoet aan de gestelde eisen. Je voert metingen en testen uit, beoordeelt de resultaten en duikt in afwijkingen wanneer iets niet klopt. Je kijkt dus niet alleen óf een installatie goed werkt, maar probeert ook te achterhalen waarom iets afwijkt. Daarmee combineer je technische kennis met nauwkeurigheid, kritisch kijken en analyseren. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige gas- en leidingsystemen binnen de hightech industrie. Een deel van je werkzaamheden vindt plaats op verschillende locaties, waaronder de ASML-campus. Je controleert installaties nadat deze door monteurs en technicians zijn opgebouwd. Je zorgt ervoor dat de installatie technisch klopt en klaar is voor de volgende stap. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren van hoogwaardige gas- en leidingsystemen; - Uitvoeren van verschillende metingen en technische testen; - Uitvoeren van druktesten, lektesten en kwalificatietesten; - Controleren of installaties voldoen aan de gestelde eisen en specificaties; - Beoordelen en interpreteren van meet- en testresultaten; - Signaleren en analyseren van afwijkingen; - Onderzoeken waar een probleem vandaan komt wanneer een installatie niet aan de eisen voldoet; - Bespreken van je bevindingen met monteurs, technicians, engineers en klanten; - Vastleggen van meetresultaten en testdocumentatie; - Ondersteunen bij kwalificatie, inbedrijfstelling en oplevering van installaties; - Meedenken over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen.
